We’re excited to welcome Andrew O’Reilly to CBTax as our new Commercial Director! Andrew joins us with an impressive 12 years of experience leading the commercial function for an Irish Big 4 firm within their R&D and government incentives practice. His expertise, leadership, and vision will be instrumental in driving growth and innovation across our business.
Andrew’s career has been a broad mixture of client facing technology sales roles, team management and complex consulting services. Now, he will be leading our commercial teams across all geographies, shaping our go-to-market messaging, and expanding our team’s knowledge of the ever-evolving landscape of R&D tax and incentives across the UK and Ireland.

Beyond the Office
Outside of work, Andrew is a creative and curious person, a passionate musician who writes and publishes original art. He’s also an avid kite surfer and snowboarder, always looking for his next adventure. And when he’s not leading teams or hitting the slopes, he’s a devoted husband and father, kept busy by his two young children.
